Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for orders placed with You Inspire We Build (operated by Niklas Raunio, a sole trader based in Sweden). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. You only pay after approving a quote
Nothing is charged and no work begins until you review and approve the quote for your request. The quote tells you exactly what you will receive and what it costs before you commit.
2. Automatic full refund if we can't deliver
If our system is unable to complete your request to an acceptable standard, your order is cancelled and you are automatically refunded in full — you do not need to request it. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Completed orders are non-refundable
Each order is custom work produced on demand to your specification and delivered as digital files. Once the completed files have been delivered to you, the order cannot be returned or refunded, as the work has already been performed specifically for you.
4. If the work isn't as described
If a delivered order materially fails to match what your approved quote described, contact us at support@youinspirewebuild.com within 7 days of delivery (the period your download link remains active). Where the issue is on our side, we will, at our reasonable discretion, either revise the work or provide a refund.
5. Your EU right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or to digital content whose supply begins, with your prior express consent, before the withdrawal period ends. When you approve a quote you expressly request that we begin work immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that order. This does not affect your statutory rights where work has not been performed as agreed.
