Terms of Service

1. Who we are

You Inspire We Build ("we", "us") is an on-demand service operated by Niklas Raunio, a sole trader based in Sweden. You can reach us at support@youinspirewebuild.com. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. What the service does

You describe what you need in plain language. Our software uses AI to plan the work, give you a price quote, and — once you pay — produce the requested deliverables (such as documents, spreadsheets, presentations, code, research, or written content) and deliver them to you as digital files.

3. Quotes, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
• No work begins until you approve a quote and pay. Payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• The quote describes the deliverables you will receive for the stated price.

4. How an order is fulfilled

After payment, the work is produced and automatically quality-checked. If it cannot be completed to an acceptable standard, your order is cancelled and refunded automatically (see our Refund Policy). Completed files are made available for download for 7 days and emailed to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to request or produce anything that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, or harmful;
• infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
• you do not have the right to request, or that includes content you are not permitted to share.

You are responsible for the requests you submit and for how you use the deliverables. Our AI systems will automatically refuse requests that fall outside these boundaries; if your request is declined before work begins you will not be charged.

6. AI-generated output — important

Deliverables are generated by automated AI systems. They may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and are provided for you to review and verify before use. They do not constitute professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or tax advice). You should review all output and use your own judgement before relying on it. We do not guarantee that output is unique or free of similarity to other material.

7. Ownership of deliverables

Once your order is paid in full, you own the deliverable files we produce for you and may use them for any lawful purpose. We retain copies only as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and provide support (see our Privacy Policy).

Please note that under EU law, copyright protection generally requires human authorship. AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in your jurisdiction, and we make no guarantee that you will be able to assert copyright over the deliverables. You should take appropriate advice if copyright ownership is important for your use case.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service and its output are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, and your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home country where applicable.
